Fertility & Women's Health Center of Louisiana's main office is
located in Lafayette, LA, behind the Women's & Children's Hospital campus on Farrel Road. The center also offers two satellite offices located in Lake
Charles, LA, and Alexandria, LA. Only initial consultations are offered at
our satellite offices.

Driving Directions to the Lafayette Office:
From Baton Rouge, LA: Take I-10 West to Lafayette and exit at Ambassador Caffery. Continue on Ambassador Caffery for approximately 6.5 miles and then take a right onto Kaliste Saloom Road. Take the first left onto Farrel Road. Fertility & Women's Health Center is located on the right hand side of the road adjacent to Fisher's Day Care Center.
From Alexandria, LA: Take I-49 South to Lafayette. Continue past I-10 (I-49 will become Evangeline Thruway) Take a right on Kaliste Saloom Road past airport. Travel approximately 3 miles and cross over Ambassador Caffery. Take the first left onto Farrel Rd. Fertility & Women's Health Center is located on the right hand side of the road adjacent to Fisher's Day Care Center.
From Lake Charles, LA: Take I-10 East to Lafayette and exit right at Ambassador Caffery. Continue on Ambassador Caffery for approximately 6.5 miles and then take a right onto Kaliste Saloom Road. Take the first left onto Farrel Road. Fertility & Women's Health Center is located on the right hand side of the road adjacent to Fisher's Day Care Center.
From the Lafayette Airport: Take a left when exiting the airport parking area, then take another left at the stop light onto Surrey St. At the next light, take a left onto Hwy 90 E (Evangeline Thruway). Get into your farthest right hand lane and take a right at the next light onto Kaliste Saloom Road. Travel approximately 4.5 miles and cross over Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. Take a left onto Farrel Road right past the shopping center. Fertility & Women's Health Center of Louisiana is located on the right hand side of the road adjacent to Fisher's Day Care Center.
